About ASPDT

The American Society for Photodynamic Therapy (ASPDT) seeks to become the preeminent organization in the world for the education and advancement of the science and practice of photodynamic therapy (PDT) and photodetection (PD).

The focus and mission of the society is to provide the highest quality education available on the latest developments in the science and practice on photodynamic therapy and photodetection and to promote research and development to advance the science of photodynamic therapy and photodetection for the future.

The society extends membership to physicians, scientists, residents/fellows, students and professional staff with training in a variety of disciplines including cosmetic surgery, general medicine, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, dermatology, general surgery, oral/maxillofacial surgery and plastic/reconstructive surgery.
